Getting Started

  • Welcome to Aventra

    Aventra organizes client requests into structured projects, professional documents, and ready-to-send communication. Start with the onboarding checklist on your dashboard.

  • Setting up your workspace

    Complete your profile, upload a logo, and choose how Aventra should communicate with your clients in Settings.

  • Inviting your team

    Workspace member management is on the way. For now, every workspace has a single owner.

Smart Intake

  • How extraction works

    Paste a client email or WhatsApp thread, or upload a PDF/DOCX brief. Aventra reads the content and extracts client details, project info, budget, timeline, and deliverables.

  • Editing extracted info

    Every extracted field is editable on the review screen before the project is saved.

  • Starting manually

    If you don't have source material, choose 'Start Manually' and fill in the project yourself.

Projects & Pipeline

  • Pipeline stages

    Projects move through New Request → Qualified → Proposal Draft → Sent → Awaiting → Negotiation → Won/Lost → Active → Completed.

  • Moving projects between stages

    Drag and drop a project card on the Pipeline page, or change the stage from the project overview.

  • Tasks

    When a project is marked Won, Aventra creates starter tasks for you to follow up on.

Documents

  • Generating a proposal

    Open a project and click 'New Document' → Proposal. Aventra drafts sections from your project data.

  • AI review

    Each document version is scored on clarity and completeness, with suggestions for each section.

  • Version history

    Every save creates a new version. You can restore an earlier version at any time.

Communication

  • Composing client messages

    Choose a tone and message type and let Aventra draft a message you can copy or send.

  • Follow-ups

    Aventra suggests follow-ups for sent messages that haven't received a reply for 3 days.

  • Activity timeline

    Every project has a unified timeline of documents, messages and stage changes.

Billing

  • Plans

    Every workspace starts on a 14-day Professional trial. You can choose Free, Professional, or Business at any time.

  • Usage limits

    Free and Professional plans include limits on projects, AI generations, documents, and storage.

  • Payment & invoices

    Payments are processed by our payment provider. Past invoices and transactions are available on the Billing page.

Account & Security

  • Changing your password

    Use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page to receive a reset link.

  • Your data

    Each workspace's data is isolated and only accessible to its members.

  • Deleting your account

    Contact support to request account deletion.

Troubleshooting

  • An action seems stuck

    Refresh the page. If the problem persists, contact support with the page URL and a short description.

  • AI generation failed

    Try again in a moment. If the issue persists, check your plan's monthly AI generation limit on the Billing page.

  • Uploaded file rejected

    Aventra accepts PDF and DOCX files up to 10 MB. Larger files or other formats are not supported.
