1. Free trial
Every workspace begins with a 14-day Professional trial at no cost. You will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a month.
3. Annual subscriptions
If you cancel within 14 days of an annual purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, your workspace may enter a read-only state until the issue is resolved. Your data remains safe during this period.
5. Exceptions
We may offer goodwill refunds at our discretion — for example, in the event of an extended service outage or a billing mistake on our side.
6. How to request a refund
Contact support with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a few business days.
