These terms cover Aventra Revenue Engine, a one-time, done-for-you client workflow implementation. They apply alongside Aventra’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Revenue Engine is not an Aventra SaaS subscription, and no Core subscription is required.
1. Packages and scope
Packages are one-time fees in USD: Starter $149, Growth $399, Revenue Pro $799. The exact deliverables, tools and access needed are confirmed in writing before we accept the work. Anything outside that confirmed scope, including third-party subscriptions or integrations, is not included unless agreed separately.
2. Applying is not a purchase
Submitting an application does not create a contract or any obligation to pay. We review each application and may accept or decline it.
3. When work starts
Work starts only after all of these are in place: scoped approval, access, content, decisions, payment.
4. Delivery target
We aim to deliver the initial setup within 48 hours of the start conditions being met. This is a target, not a guarantee. Third-party delays, missing access or unresolved decisions can extend the timeline.
5. Revisions and support
Starter: 1 revision; Growth: 2 revisions and 7-day support; Revenue Pro: 3 revisions and 14-day support.
6. Payment
Online checkout is not available. Payment provider onboarding (Pesapal) is pending. Payment instructions are sent only after acceptance and scope confirmation. Never send card, bank or identity details through the application form or by email.
7. Cancellation
You can withdraw your application at any time before paying, at no cost. Cancellation and refunds after payment are handled under the agreed scope and Aventra’s Refund Policy.
8. No outcome promises
We set up workflows and tools. We do not promise any specific sales, leads or revenue results.
